We source our coffee beans from various regions around the world, including Central and South America, Africa, and Asia.
Some of our beans are organic, some do not carry that certification. And some may be partially organic, depending on what beans were blended. As we grow, look for a wider selection of organic coffees, but for now, check the description of each coffee. And if you have a particular varietal you'd like to explore, shoot us a message and we'll see if we can obtain some.
Perhaps in the future, but not today. Nor do we endorse any particular brands of equipment. We will, however, tell you about types of equipment that we like to use, and perhaps even point you to the right search phrases on Amazon.
We're happy that you've found a coffee that you really like. But if you can refer to it by name, it's probably some company's particular trademarked brand name, and often a specific blend of flavoring. "Jamaican Me Crazy" seems to be a popular title that several coffee companies are claiming to own, and usually involving added caramel, vanilla and coffee liqueur flavoring. See our How to Brew page for our opinion on flavored coffees.
Fudge: Our fudge is made with sugar, whipping cream, cocoa butter, natural flavor oils, and salt. Some of the flavors may contain nuts or peanut butter. The fudge contains dairy products. And those that do not contain all of the above were processed in a facility that also processes foods containing nuts, peanut butter, and or dairy products.
Cacao Bars: Our cacao bars contain cacao butter, cacao, agave (sweetener), and salt. Some flavors may contain nuts. All were processed in a facility that also processes foods containing nuts, peanut butter, and or dairy products.
Coffee: Our coffee is roasted in a completely separate facility than our fudge and cacao. There is no danger of cross-contamination with the other products. Unless you're allergic to coffee itself, there is no danger of allergies from our coffee beans.
